The event will take place in the City Council Atrium, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and will be attended by various institutional and civil society partners.

The initiative seeks to reflect on the challenges faced by persons with disabilities in accessing health and other services, as well as to propose solutions to ensure equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

The roundtable is organized by the CDSS, with funding from the Municipality of Barcelona, and includes the participation of medicusmundi, the Maputo Municipal Council, and the Association of People with Disabilities of Mozambique (ADEMO).

According to the organizers, the meeting will be an opportunity to promote multisectoral dialogue, bringing together public officials, healthcare professionals, cooperation partners, and representatives of people with disabilities, with the aim of contributing to a more inclusive Maputo with accessible healthcare services for all.
