The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign was officially launched today in Maputo, an initiative that reinforces the importance of institutional cooperation to prevent and combat gender-based violence in Mozambique.

Conference on Gender-Based Violence organized on October 1 and 2, 2025 by medicusmundi, in collaboration with the Hixikanwe Association and Rede HOPEM, and funded by the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD).

On October 1 and 2, 2025, the city of Maputo will host Conference on Gender-Based Violence, a landmark event that will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and online.
